Our goal has always been to deliver comfort and knowledge in the space where people, technology and work co-exist.
The Bristall Company was founded in 1994 by Steve Prentice. It was in that year, while attending law school, he worked as a database designer and prospectus writer for one of Canada's major banks. While working there, he started receiving questions from staffers on how to use a particular computer program or how to fix a problem with their machine.
Steve realized at that point that there was a conceptual gap between the people who design technology and the people who use it, the result being fear or simple inability on the part of those users. Since then he has built the company up into a place where understanding of, and comfort with technology and change became his company's key deliverables.
