The Virtual Workspace and the Distributed Team

There is much more to virtual workplaces than Zoom. The new generation of virtual environments are not only more immersive and engaging, they are designed to become part of the everyday-all-day, and not just for meetings. This course demonstrates some of the best approaches to managing virtual teams, demonstrating techniques that will break the barriers and convert "remote" teams into distributed teams. This course discusses a number of ways that teams can truly interact, be productive and still enjoy dynamic relationships between each other, as well as with managers and customers. It really can work, and we have the case studies and the best practices to prove it. Our sessions are interactive, and wherever possible, used anonymized case studies drawn from the pre-course assessments. Participants are encouraged to work through and solve their challenges, and ongoing post-session support is always available at no charge.
